2018 Upper Deck Goodwin Champions General Information
One of the most eclectic trading card sets in the entire hobby is due to release again, with 2018 Upper Deck Goodwin Champions coming in September 2018. Bringing with it cards from a vast array of themes, such as sports, entertainment, the animal kingdom, art, popular culture and history, the Goodwin Champions release is always one that makes for a fun product to break.
New in 2018 is the eye-catching Splash of Color insert set which includes autograph variations, 3D lenticular variants as well as bounty cards. By collecting all 20 of the Splash of Color Bounty Lenticular set you can earn yet to be disclosed achievement cards. It will be interesting to see what these are, a Simmons, Lebron or MJ auto maybe?? We can only hope…
Another new addition to the set is the Genuine Heroes Signatures featuring some of America’s finest Emergency Services and Military Personnel. This 9 card autograph set highlights the achievements of some of America’s citizens both home and abroad.
Sports Royalty Autographs return and include dual on-card signatures from some of the finest athletes in the world. Key signers for Upper Deck include exclusive deals with LeBron James, Michael Jordan, Ben Simmons, Tiger Woods and as shown below 2018 Goodwin Champions will include Shohei Ohtani, the Japanese Baseball superstar!
